今天看见台湾的新闻，知道莫拉克台风越来越恶劣！好担心你在那里的情况如何。后来知道是台南的地区灾情比较严重，心理总算有松了那么一口气。 我知道我以没资格要求你怎么样怎么样了。但我真的很希望你最近可以不要去台南。虽然有时候由不得你做主，但为了你的安全，不要去还是比较好。

刚才的我，好害怕你这几天会飞去台南还是什么的。你工作的行程不定，随时都有可能得去台南开会还是什么的。看见你昨天的留言是中午1点多留言的，到了现在你还没回复，真怕你真的去了台南，还是出了什么事。还好，终于让我有办法知道你平安无事。整个心，也定了下来。

你要好好照顾好自己的身体，尤其是腰！每次都会腰痛。台风天，腰一定更难受吧？记得，如果真的无法忍受那个痛，才吃止痛药。不要一点点，一点点就吃止痛药。以后止痛药对你来说会没效果的。知道吗？妈妈和阿婆最近也还好吧？妈妈有按时吃药，看医生，复诊吗？阿婆还有三斤半夜跑去你公司找你吗？还是整天不顾自己的身体？老是往外跑？带宵夜去给你吃？你要好好照顾她们哦！
